I mention Chiostro del Bramante. This beautiful building houses art exhibitions and other events. I’ve stumbled into Turner and Basquiat exhibitions here, so it’s always worth seeing what’s on
Lastly, not mentioned in the audio newsletter, but if you were wondering *what* museums I did visit if I had never bothered with Borghese Gallery, the Doria Pamphili Gallery is it. A little bit under the radar, but totally worth your time. Definitely get the audio guide because Jonathan Pamphij does the narration. Imagine him roller skating on the floors. This is a very special collection because it’s under “entail,” meaning the family cannot sell off any parts of it to generate cash. This is why you just paid admission to see it. :) Some of the family still lives here in apartments and you can see someone’s Porsche parked inside. The cafe here is very old-timey and cute.
