I’m heading to Rome tomorrow. Here I discuss rejecting the pressures of booking the “right” restaurant, packing for weather that will feel like a hot shower, and my shockingly organized trip.
I still love Renato e Luisa but go late (reserve) or you will sit with tourists. Da Enzo is Jon’s favorite and I also love it but the line is now getting embarrassingly long and is all tourists. I would go around the corner to Trattoria de Teo.
Thank you! I’m glad you liked it. It’s weird to be a podcast bro, but here we are. For the tour I booked on GetYourGuide and the tour organizer is called “Loving Rome.”
That’s the one I was looking at! I always need a museum visit when I’m in Europe. Thanks for sending it so quickly! I can’t wait to see all your stories and posts.

Thank you! Just booked tickets for our trip in July. Can’t wait to go to the Borghese Gallery.
I loved the audio version! What tour group did you use for the Borghese gallery?

Did you leave Rome having any favorite restaurants from this list?
And Santo Palato wasn’t worth the taxi effort / time to get there. It’s great but too far from center and it’s not a beautiful area.
