I have fine, curly hair that I used to straighten but mostly wear curly now. My hair does best when kept pretty short (chin length) so as long as Iβve had a haircut I just lean in on trips and let it be wild. Iβbe tried every curl product (Bumble & Bumble, JVN, etc) and my hair is happiest with the lightest weight of Cantu cream--a travel bottle ($4) lasts me a year because I donβt need much, but if I do a quick curl regime and let my hair air dry before messing around with it I can just wet my hands and run them through to calm it down during the day.
I first read the headline as "Gaming your hair" and I'm like π Yes! No more coddling!
Ha!!
I bought the Rimmel lipstick in Amethyst Shimmer on your rec and love it, btw.
Oh this makes me so happy to hear! Glad you love it. Such a great color, isnβt it?

Leaning into it is the best plan for sure.
